The most frustrating thing for me (well, ONE of the most frustrating, anyway) about having a mental illness is the questioning. No, not questioning from other people. To be honest, most people want nothing to do with what’s going on inside your head…especially if it isn’t what they’d consider “normal”. No, I mean the questioning that is constantly going on within oneself. When your mind fails you, it’s hard not to have some serious trust issues.
